Card payment questions

Who processes my payments?: Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payments partner. You set everything up and manage it from ReTale.
What happens to the fee when I refund a sale?: Your customer gets their full purchase price back, for full and partial refunds alike. The card fee on the original sale isn't returned, which is standard across card processors, and issuing the refund costs nothing extra.
Is there a minimum fee per sale?: No. You pay your plan's rate on each sale and nothing more, however small the order.
Do you take a share of the sales tax I collect?: No. Sales tax is collected on the state's behalf, and we never take a cut of it.
What if I change plans?: Your new plan's rate applies to sales made after the change. Sales you've already made aren't adjusted.
