Acceptable Use and Generated Content
The products, claims, content, code, and activity that may be published or processed through ReTale.
These launch-baseline pages describe the current product posture. Final legal, privacy, and compliance approval is required before production merchant traffic.
Generated content and code
Generated content must be reviewed by the merchant before publication. Generated code may control presentation and content structure, but must not bypass fixed SDK/API flows, access secrets, process raw payment data, or disable validation and safety gates.
Customer and marketing conduct
Respect consent, unsubscribe, privacy, accessibility, intellectual-property, and consumer-protection requirements. Merchants must not upload data they are not authorized to process or use platform tools for unsolicited abuse.
Review and enforcement
ReTale may flag, restrict, quarantine, unpublish, or suspend content and accounts when safety, legal, security, provider, or tenant-isolation concerns require action. Appeals and urgent reports route through the Contact page.
